Questions
What happens to my existing invoices if I upgrade?
Nothing changes. Your invoice history, client records and invoice numbers all stay exactly as they are. You just get to keep sending.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with no penalty. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then drop back to the free tier rather than losing access entirely.
Will my invoice number reset?
No. Your invoice sequence carries on from where it is — INV-0006, INV-0007 and so on.
Do I need to do anything in WhatsApp after upgrading?
One thing — after upgrading you'll get a WhatsApp with a link to connect your Stripe account. That's what enables card payments on your invoices. It takes about two minutes and you only do it once.
